Mental Health StigmaUnderstanding the stigma around mental health and the impact of stigma and discrimination on help-seeking behavior. Awareness of myths and realities of mental health and how to promote a realistic and positive understanding of mental illness.

Anxiety and StressStudents will be determine their levels of stress, how to manage stress, as well as determine coping skills for developing perosnal strategies for dealign with stress/change.

MindsetHelping students work through the impacts of a fixed mindset and the steps to help build a growth mindset.

Science of Character (Intro)Students develop strong character traints and guides them in being metacognittive abou thow they control different facyors of the character that ultimatly impact their lives.
Building ResiliencyThe goal of this activity is to improve self-esteem, raise awareness of personal skills and strengths an build class cohesion.

Equality vs. EquityStudents work through the impacts of meeting people where they are and understanding equity and equality are different, as well as the impact of how equity impacts mental health.
Self TalkRecognizing negative self-talk, and help build and identify positive self talk.

Science of Character (Creativity and Self understanding)Provides students the opprotunity to look at themselves and create a "self-board" that represents who they are.
Tolerance and TemperanceHow does language and internal bias impact school culture and security? What can we do as a community to better the world?
