​We provide critical services for children, teens, adults, and families who are facing times of crisis, ranging from mental health and substance use challenges to domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. We provide services in Santa Clara County and San Benito County.

The Strengthening Families Program (SFP) is an evidence-based family skills training program for high-risk and general population families that is recognized both nationally and internationally. Parents and youth attend weekly SFP skills classes together, learning parenting skills and youth life and refusal skills. They have separate class training for parents and youth the first hour, followed by a joint family practice session the second hour

This organization is through Dori Prado and the South County Youth Task Force. This program has two parts: small group, 1:1: and case management and Chill Out. Chill Out works on life skills, anger management, conflict resolution, restorative justice, self-identity, and anxiety. They also cover employment support (applications, interview practice, etc.), academic support. Ages 6-12

This program serves youth at risk of committing gang related crimes and provides the tools necessary to avoid living a gang lifestyle. The goals of this program are to :  prevent youth involvement in gang activity  provide necessary tools for at-risk youth to avoid gang lifestyle  reduce truancy and substance abuse

Physical and Behavorial Health

Open to uninsured individuals needing Low Cost Medical Care. Upon approval, individuals will gain access to medical primary care, hospital and specialty services for people over 19 years of age.
