Morgan Hill strives to ensure the safety of all students. We work together and with members of our community to ensure that we are providing the necessary supports and interventions for your student. We also partner with MHPD and Cal Fire to help maintain a safe and comfortable learning environment.

Morgan Hill Unified is a tobacco free district, this includes but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, miniature cigars, clove cigarettes, e-cigarettes (VAPE), smokeless tobacco, snuff, chew packets, and betel.

MHUSD Safety Task Force

The purpose of the MHUSD Safety Task Force is to review policies, procedures, and practices to ensure that schools are safe environments for teachers, students, administrators, staff, and visitors. To help identify strategies to improve school safety, security, and preparedness while promoting a healthy and safe learning environment for all students. The MHUSD Safety task forces will focus on short- and long-term preventative measures by assessing and addressing the needs of students, staff, and the community.
