How we do It?
We have CARE counselors in each high school and one middle school that provide targeted counseling to students covered by the McKinney-Vento act. We have a Mobile Team that provide Academic Mentoring to students from 4th to 12th grade. Mobile Team collaborates with the School Linked Services Coordinator to connect families with local resources. Mobile Team assist families in need to enroll in free/reduce lunch and transportation. Mobile Team provides backpacks and or school supplies to students in need.
